Save the Date: “The World that Made Judah Touro”
April 26, 2026

Join us for a special program presented by Keith Stokes, Rhode Island’s Historian Laureate, exploring The World that Made Judah Touro — an interpretive look at the family origins, cultural roots, and early American influences that shaped one of the nation’s first great philanthropists.

From Spain and Amsterdam to the emerging communities of early America, this program traces the forces that inspired Judah Touro’s remarkable legacy of generosity and civic vision.
